In theory, your ticketing and customer service management is 100% FREE
You only pay for the credit card processing fees (PSP).
We keep the booking fee - you receive 100% of the transaction less the PSP fee.
(PSP fees vary on volume but worst case this is 0.9% + 0.12p per transaction.)
Within our low per-ticket fee we absorb all software and staffing costs. It is a simple solution.
All payments from customers are paid directly into our client account, held securely and are paid out to the client as per a pre-arranged schedule. A transparent dashboard is included so the client can see daily reports, transactions and more.
